Mayfair takes place on the Vancouver College Campus on
Saturday, May 10th from 10AM-4PM.

ENTRANCE

Entry to Mayfair will be via the Hudson Street Parking Lot & Cartier. Entry is by donation (cash or card is accepted). FREE keepsake program with $20 donation.

BAZAAR

Located in the Alumni and Christian Brother’s gym, this long time favourite will be back better than ever. Bargain hunters take note: After 2:30 PM it is $5 for everything you can fit in a bag.

BEER GARDEN

The 19+ beer garden will be set up next to the football field, near the Burger and Hotdog booth, with a LIVE DJ providing entertainment.

ENTERTAINMENT

The Main Stage, centrally located in the courtyard, will showcase performances by the VC Band Ensembles and the VC Elementary Choir. Plus, alumni special guest Blake Aleong will amaze you with his magic tricks!

FOOD COURT

The food court will contain the following booths: Burgers, Hotdogs, Filipino food, Back by popular demand Indian food, Pizza, Italian food, Vietnamese food, Drinks and Bubble Tea and more. New to the market this year is a Mexican booth.

Food can be paid for directly at the food booths by credit/debit card. If you are using cash, you will have to purchase meal tickets from the ticket area and then line up at the food booth to pick up your food.

MIDWAY

This year’s midway will include a variety of popular midway games, the ever-popular Cake Walk and Lollipop booths, the Big Splash (dunk tank) as well as wipe-out and a football obstacle course. The midway game punch card will be used to play all midway games (including Cake Walk, lollipop and inflatables).

Pricing: $1 for a single card, $10 for a 10 punch card or $20 for a 25 punch card. Punch cards can be purchased with cash or by card at the Midway Ticket Booth.

Your favourite teachers or fellow classmates may be taking a turn getting dunked at the Big Splash! The schedule will be available at the Info Booth.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders of flowers, plants, frozen items and take and bake treats, and spirit wear are available on our Marketplace store until April 30th.

SILENT AUCTION

The Silent Auction is open from May 1 at 9AM until May 10 at 2PM. Come check out our wonderful baskets in person and bid on your favourite items up until 2PM at Mayfair.

VOLUNTEERS

Please stop by the Volunteer Booth (located with the Info Booth at the Entrance) to check in and out for your shifts.

WASHROOMS

Washrooms are located in Blessed Edmund Rice Hall. Handwashing stations will be located throughout.
